May is For Metta: 31 Days of Loving-kindness Meditation is a guided virtual program that offers an opportunity to practice and explore loving-kindness meditation and a daily compassion practice. In a gradual way, you will be offered simple guidance on how build a foundation of greater compassion for yourself, others and the world.

Each day a new lesson will be offered. This includes a daily reflection, practice guidance and audios, and journaling prompts to support your exploration.

Meet Beth Shekinah

Shaman & Transformation Facilitator

Hello Beautiful Beings! For 27 years, I have been supporting others on the path of transformation and healing through individual and group sessions, experiential workshops and programs and writing. Ulitizing holistic, spiritual and restorative practices, I offer an integrative approach to life and well-being.

At the heart of my work is Shamanic Healing, an ancient healing approach that assists in transformation on all levels – body, mind, emotion and spirit.

My passion is to help people awaken to their soul path, to support them in embodying life as a spiritual and alchemical process, and to teach them to how connect with themselves, others and the world through loving-kindness and compassion.

I am founder and lead facilitator of Holistic Recovery Pathways, LLC. Through this project, I am committed to brining holistic resources and wellness programs to support addiction and mental health recovery, and professional development for behavioral health professionals.
